If you reside in a high rise or an apartment complex there are some key factors which will make the process run more effeciently:

• If applies, have your building engineers contact info or their availability to grant us access to the roof to service your A/C. If your A/C unit is not marked with your unit # try to receive a roof top lay out diagram from your property management.
  
  
• A parking fee maybe added to your bill if parking is not available, remember folks we have big service vans!
  
  
• If you call for an A/C clean and check the price will be higher do to the fact that the time to perform your A/C tune-up is much greater, do to elevators and the time spent to locate your A/C as well as parking.
  
  
• Remember folks, Living in a high rise building is different from living in a single family dwelling, however for service companies the tasks for us is much greater and the service men we send to you are much more familiar and trained for such buildings.
